Sometimes it just boils down to right place, right time.
Over the past few months I’ve been debating testing out some type of mouth tape or nose strips while I sleep.
A bunch of friends have been using them and are all very quick to claim “how much better it feels” for mouth breathers or people who have trouble breathing out of their nose (I am totally guilty of).
Not only that - but I remember reading a few articles a while back about how mouth breathing at night can lead to an increased risk of cavities, gum disease, and other dental issues due to less saliva flow and bigger build up of plaque.
Which I want to somewhat believe is true for me, considering I fell victim to my second cavity ever at my last dentist visit. To which came as a very big shock for me, as I have been eating healthier than ever before, along with brushing & flossing daily.
Anywho, with all of the above going on, PLUS:
A conversation I had with a client regarding nose strips/mouth tape a couple days ago.
A random ad I saw of a MLB player wearing nose strips while actively in the middle of a game.
A random toothache (which I now know is from flossing too hard).
Plus my next dentist visit coming up...
This basically made me a smoking hot lead for the next mouth tape/nose strip company that came across my eyes. At some point I emotionally became ready to buy and didn’t even know it.
So when I received an email on a random Tuesday morning from a nose strip company saying I could get 33% off my first order. That was it. They had me. Take my freaking money.
The best part about all of this is that I didn’t even know I was subscribed to their email list. No joke.
Another reason why any business can benefit from daily emails. You truly never know the external factors. You never know when someone can turn into a buyer.
The exact reason why you can take a high performing piece of content Most of the time it can be traced back to right place, right time.
